Getting there & Away
A lot of visitors arrive on charter flights which have transport included. Those travelling independently or on golf holiday prefer a rental car to give them freedom to go where they want to do. If you choose to use public transport then you can get the bus into Faro city, it takes about 20 minutes, runs frequently and costs €1.90, however, it only goes to the city centre. If you are looking to get to the Algarve; take the city centre bus and a connecting one to where you want to go. Or get an airport shuttle buse which run regularly during the peak season.
